ENGLISH MUM IN THE PRESS

The Friday Photo: My Mosaic

This is great fun.  Hat tip to Thrifty for this one.  First you take a list of questions:

  1. What is your first name?
  2. What is your favourite food?
  3. What school did you go to?
  4. What is your favourite colour?
  5. Who is your celebrity crush?
  6. What is your favourite drink?
  7. What is your dream holiday?
  8. What is your favourite dessert?
  9. What do you want to do when you grow up?
  10. Who/ what do you love most in life?
  11. Choose one word that describes you?
  12. What is your Flickr name?  (I don’t have one but I just put in English Mum)

Next, type your answer to the questions into a flickr search, then using only the first page, click on an image.  Copy and paste each of the urls into the Mosaic Maker.

BTW: If anyone would like the original flickr urls of any of these incredibly talented photographers, drop me a mail.

  1. Oh man, those bluebells………

I want to be there. In the cool woods on a summer day. Not a soul around. Just trees, bluebells, a stream, a good book and a bite to eat.

Tina: I know! Cupcakes came up in response to three of my answers which must say quite a lot about me! x

I’ve decided to adapt the questions and use it in my first week of teaching with high school students. What a great activity to get to know each other and to initiate dialogue. Thanks!
