I’m a huge Disney Cruise Line fan, as you know. We were on the Disney Magic last year cruising around the Mediterranean and it was just absolutely magical. Of course, the Magic has now had an incredible revamp and is ready, all sparkly and new, to set sail along with the Fantasy and Wonder for new destinations in the summer of 2015.
With the success of Disney’s Frozen, it’s perfect timing that Disney Cruise Line have announced it will be visiting the Norwegian Fjords, the inspiration for the film. Guests will be able to walk in Anna and Elsa’s footsteps and see all the gorgeous glaciers, beautiful villages and fjords depicted so beautifully in the movie on cruises that will take in Iceland and the Faroe Islands as well. DCL is also planning new itineraries featuring sailings from Copenhagen to St. Petersburg, Russia (7 and 9 night cruises). There’s even a 12 night cruise departing from Dover! (Dover, Copenhagen, Warnemunde, Germany (July 10 cruise only); Stockholm, Helsinki, St. Petersburg, Tallinn, Estonia).
You can book to sail on these cruises from 27th March this year – check out all the 2015 itineraries here.
Oh, and if you’re still planning on maybe booking a 2014 cruise, I’ve heard that the Disney Magic will be in port overnight in Venice for certain European cruises. Now I bet that’s really magical.
