   Although sis i’m really looking forward to Crimbo at yours,what with your fantastic culinary skills and i’m sure a serious excess of alcohol i’m very worried about coming back about a stone heavier !!.Definitely need to bring my trainers for some VERY long country runs me thinks(and no i’m not taking the bloody dog,ha ha)

   Alg: I’m sorry – the dog is compulsory on all walks. Don’t worry, we’ve got a running machine, weights and a stepper in the garage (ooh and a really fun trampoline thing). Why do you think Hubby’s not 17 stone by now?! xx
