I’m REALLY enjoying this Fish is the Dish project.  They send a ‘fish parcel’ every couple of weeks and I get to cook with all sorts of really beautiful fresh fish. The murder of Billy Dove

Ugly face chicken pies for bonfire night

I’m not completely sure where I first saw this recipe.  Rest assured it wasn’t my idea – I’m thinking maybe Martha Stewart or somewhere like that?
