Yum, yum, yum…

Can I just point you in the direction of fellow blogger Isitjustme’s roast pork with crackling and baked apples?

I think I actually just drooled on my keyboard.

  1. Yum, indeed!! Her comments about crackling reminded me of my tour escorting days - one of the events, of course, was a Hawaiian luau at which a whole pig is cooked in an “imu” or underground “oven” - it’s wrapped in chicken wire and various leaves & such - when it’s unearthed the crackling sticks to the chicken wire wrap and all the escorts and bus drivers clambor around to pick it clean!!
